Discover the winter together with Big Ron

BIG Ron is at home right here, at the Froneben Intermediate Station of the Schlick 2000 skiing centre. The fun guy watches the next generation of skiers together with his team of skiing instructors and nannies. Although BIG Ron has a wooden foot, he knows a thing or two about skiing too. And BIG Ron particularly looks after the little ones. Normally, he thus invites the youngest guests (starting from 3 months) to the playing and warming room. 

Children up to the age of 10 travel free with us (when accompanied by a paying parent in the same ticket category).

FIRST TIME ON SKIES

The BIG Family Kinderland, a flat, separated area in the proximity of the Froneben Intermediate Station, comes with special devices that facilitate learning how to ski.

Four magic carpets, two merry-go-rounds in the snow, a Tipi as well as slalom and training course guarantee fast learning success, variety and fun for children. The perfectly trained ski instructors are not only aware of the latest techniques, but look after your kids with great patience. Once the little ones are able to securely move on skies, the group explores the Schanzlin training hill.

Please note: In general, any use of the children's area must be agreed with the Stubai Ski School (www.schischule-stubai.at) and is only possible on Saturdays without a ski course. Thank you for your understanding. 

Play & warm-up room

The hustle and bustle in the snow makes you tired. Playing in the warm, resting or eating a delicious meal is just the right thing to do!

Right next to the children's area is BIG Ron's play and warm-up room, where children can take a break from the ski course. Children as young as one year old are also lovingly looked after here. So parents can ski in complete relaxation while their loved ones are in the best of hands.

A separate sleeping and relaxation room invites you to dream. Changing table available.
