INNSBRUCKER HUT – BREMER HUT
Ascent/Descent: ⬆ 920 Hm ⬇ 879 Hm
Time required: 7 hours
Length: 10 km
Lowest point: 2.222 m
Highest point: 2.547 m
At the foot of the Habicht, there is a gentle climb past the mountain lake ‘Alfaier See’ to the Sendesgrat. Through the Glättegrube, the trail leads into the second climb to the Pramarspitze (2,511 m). There is a descent (careful!) secured by ropes through the Wasenwand, after which you cross the Traulgrube. The third climb is to the Trauljöchl by way of the Blockwerk – initially climbing gradually and then becoming a little steeper. After a descent of approx. 25 minutes to the fork in the trail, hike along the right bank of the idyllically located mountain lake ‘Lauterer See’ and through a short chimney, secured by ropes and supports, until you reach the Bremer Hut. For less experienced mountaineers, the route to the left is more accommodating, with a final climb leading up to your destination. Here’s the direct link to the video of the stage.
