Puplic transport:
From the train station Innsbruck are regulary running busses to Neustift - Ranalt.
Trip to by car:
From the olympic city Innsbruck the Stubai valley is accessible in 20 minutes via Brenner motorway, exit Schönberg and forward to Ranalt - parking (bus stop) Nürnberger Hut.
Parking:
Parking Nürnberger Hut and Bsuachalm (bus stop).
Approach:
2,5 – 3 hours from parking on driveway (short cut on walking path) over a forest hill to B´suchalm (mountain restaurant). Further on with lots of hairpin bends over valley edge. In a crossing to the supply cable car and then on the right side upwards to Nürnberger Hut (900 Hm/ 2,5 hours). Short way after the hut (sign boards) you follow the marked path on the right side to the wall foot (green sign board); 15 min.
Descent:
2,5 hours; short way to a ridge (red arrow), then following the signposts to the “Niederl” descent path and descending on the right side to the hut and further on such as access.

This via ferrata is very much in line with the trend for "hut via ferratas". A beautiful and enjoyable ferrata in high alpine surroundings.
Difficulty: C, at the beginning C to C/D, otherwise up to max. B to C.

Via ferrata: 50 min. / 140 hm
Descent: 2.5 hrs. / 1250 hm
Starting point: Nürnberger Hütte, 2297 m

Route / Path course:
Very steep at the starting (C/D), keeping to the right upwards and then along a ridge (C) in more flat area. Further on the left side of the following line (C), then more flat again and finally an upturn to the exit.
