Nice easy running route above Telfes.
From the Kapfers car park, run out of the valley until you reach a fork in the road at Stockerhof. There, in a 180° arc on the Lüdritzsteig, in front of the football field briefly uphill on the road, in the hollow bear left again onto the steep path. Follow the path until you come to the forest trail above Plöven, which you run in the direction of the village and out of the valley. Once you are past the Landhaus Birgit, the road back to the starting point is mostly flat. It starts on a gravel path, the majority is soft meadow path and it ends on approx. 1 km of tarmac.
