King Serli's Nature Experience Trail

Are you ready for a discovery tour with our King Serli?
On the nature discovery trail, children learn about the local nature and mountain world in a playful way. At a total of eight stations, they discover the tracks of animals, the sounds of nature and much more.
Curious? Then grab your discovery pass, hop on the gondola and head up the mountain!

Discovery Pass

You can pick up your own discovery pass and the explanatory folder at the ticket office at the valley station. This describes the entire nature discovery trail.

Punching

At each of the eight stations, you will find a pair of marking pliers with which you can punch your explorer pass.
A little tip: Station 1 is already at the valley station!

Reward

You will receive King Serli's discovery box as a reward for a fully punched discovery pass. What's inside? Find out!

Das erwartet dich an den einzelnen Stationen

1	Welcome to the Valley	King Serli is already waiting for you at the valley station and will explain everything you need to know for your discovery tour on the mountain.
2	Tracker	Each animal leaves a different footprint. Can you match the tracks to the respective animals?
3	Sounds of Nature	What does nature sound like? Totally different! You can play your own melody on the tonewoods.
4	Tree professional	There are many different types of trees in nature. Can you match the leaves and needles to the right trees?
5	Over hill and dale	Barefoot through nature? Of course! Give it a try!
6	Balancing act	One of our senses is our sense of balance. How well can you keep your balance on the tree trunks?
7	Long jump champion	Can you jump as far as the little wood mouse or the fox? Or will you make it as far as the wolf? Find out!
8	Mountain Expert	Are you a mountain expert? Six mountains can be discovered through the tubes. Can you name them all?

Starting point for the nature experience trail: Ochsenhütte

Walking time to Ochsenhütte approx. 15 min.

From the mountain station, walk straight towards the Koppeneck inn. Shortly before, take the path to the left that leads to the viewing platform. Follow this path past the platform and downhill until you reach the wide forest path again. Turn left again here and follow the yellow signposts in the direction of the Ochsenhütte. Shortly before the hut, you will find a large overview board where King Serli is already waiting for you.
