Blick auf die Kalkkögel im Sommer

Kalkkögeltrail K42

After a start lap through Telfes, the original Schlickeralm running route takes you past the Panoramic lake, Schlickerboden (V1) to the Schlickeralm. Continue along the nature trail up to the Kreuzjoch. While in recent years the finish of the Schlickeralmlauf was reached here, the route continues on wonderful trails via the Sennjochhütte and Starkenburgerhütte (V2), in a wide arc to the Schlicker Schartl. This is followed by an extremely attractive downhill to the Zirmachalm. A further 300 m downhill via a forest path to V3 at Schlickerboden. Follow the course of the World Cup route via the Gloatsteig to Issa (V4) up to the Halsl and on to the Saile. Enjoy the magnificent view as far as the Wilder Kaiser before the very demanding descent via Sailenieder, immediately followed by the south-facing direct ascent to the Nederjoch and the summit of the Jochkreuz. Then head east and in a loop to the Pfarrachalm (V5). The last few kilometers are again technically demanding via the Hirtensteig and Lüderitzsteig back to the finish in Telfes.

Kalkkögeltrail K18

From the start in Telfes, you head up to the panoramic lake on the Schlickerboden (V1) via great trails. Continue via the Gloatsteig to the Bergler Bründl (highest point), then quite challenging Issa (V4) to the Pfarrachalm. The descent via the Hirtensteig requires full concentration once again, the last section leads via the Lüderitzsteig back to the starting point.

Kinder beim Laufen

Sumsi children's run

As in previous years at the Schlickeralmlauf, we also organise children's runs in various classes as part of the Kalkkögeltrail in the village centre of Telfes. The routes are adapted to the respective age groups and there is plenty of space for parents to join in the fun. It is not permitted to pull, carry or push the children, as this will lead to disqualification of the supported participants.

Zipfer charity run

As in previous years at the Schlickeralmlauf, we also organize children's runs in various classes as part of the Kalkkögeltrail in the village center of Telfes. The routes are adapted to the respective age groups and there is plenty of space for parents to accompany their children. It is not permitted to pull, carry or push children, as this will lead to disqualification of the supported participants.
Afterwards, all generations set off to run their laps through Telfes and collect money for social institutions in the Stubai Valley at the traditional charity run.
