Trail running paired with natural sites
From the start in Neustift with little elevation gain via the Franz Senn trail to Milders. The ascent over the Milderaunalm and on to the Hühnerspiel natural spectacle lives up to its name, after a wonderful trail over the Brandstattalm you return to Milders. Now a steep ascent to Forchach awaits, continuing at a more leisurely pace with great views up to the Kaserstattalm. Passing the Knappenhütte, the trail soon takes you down a very attractive downhill to the Gschmitz nature reserve. Now the trail follows the Sunnenseit'n Weg via Pfurtschell to the spectacular suspension bridge with the Neustifblick natural spectacle, you don't often get to see so much beautiful Stubai Valley in one day. Afterwards it's time to step on the gas again, the destination in the center of Neustift is within reach.
