Wonderful hike on the sunny side of the Stubaital.

Neustift - Kartnall - Forchach - Kaserstattalm via forest path.

This hike connects several refreshment stops with each other. From Neustift village, the trail passes the open-air swimming pool and leads up into the Bachertal valley to the Kartnall farms. From here the trail continues along the asphalt road until shortly before Forchach. Follow the forest road to the right, always slightly uphill through the forest. The gaps in the forest offer wonderful views of the Stubaital. You can choose the Kaserstattalm as your destination, or for those with more stamina, continue along a forest road to the Starkenburger Hütte. The way back leads along the forest road or you can choose the steeper trail down.
