Guests can expect top culinary delights in the truest sense of the word at an altitude of almost 3,000m. The exclusive Schaufelsptiz service restaurant features a nice pine-panelled parlour, a warming open fire place and a dreamlike sun terrace and is the heart of the mountain gastronomy on the Stubai Glacier. The cuisine is headed by chef David Kostner. Schaufelspitz restaurant is at the Eisgrat mountain terminal at an altitude of 2,900m and from mid-October to early May it is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. It features 55 seats and a further 50 guests can enjoy culinary delights at the annexed sun terrace.
