Hearty and melodious alpine folk music

Traditional Tyrolean music is very popular in the Stubai Valley. Many young musicians have made a name for themselves in various formations beyond the Stubai Valley. It is not without good reason that the Stubai Valley is now considered one of the Tyrolean "showcase regions for authentic Alpine music".
Patrick Pfurtscheller, a student of the Styrian Harmonica with Johanna Dumfart and a music teacher at the Stubaital State Music School, invited a bevy of Stubai musicians to today's Tyrolean music evening.  Together with sister Larissa Pfurtscheller (harp), brother Daniel Pfurtscheller (tuba, Styrian harmonica) and cousin Elisabeth Bucher (Dulcimer), Patrick Pfurtscheller (Styrian harmonica, trombone) plays as a “Bröllerhofmusig”. The Bröllerhofmusig is named after the family farm in Milders. Patrick and Larissa Pfurtscheller were able to win several awards as soloists at the Alpine Music Competition. The family music has been playing together since 2008. In 2019, the Bröllerhofmusig was rated "Excellent" at the Alpine Music Competition.
Patrick Pfurtscheller (trombone) also performs in the "Tolerblech" formation with the musicians of the Neustift Brass Band David Egger (tenor horn), Phillip Haas (trombone) and Hubert Pfurtscheller (tuba).
