Stubai doughnut baking course at Gröbenhof
Do you know what a “Schotte” is? Maria, the farmer's wife at the Gröbenhof in Fulpmes, lets you in on how to prepare the special original Stubai Krapfen. Every participant can dig in the dough and actively knead, roll and fill doughnuts – even with three different fillings.
Subsequently they are fried and then you can, of course, enjoy the homemade delicacies!
