From 16.12.2017 until late March 2017 (depending on snow levels),

daily from 9 am to 4 pm
from 01.02.2018 until 4.30 pm. 

OPERATING TIMES SUMMER 2019

Low season from 25. May 2019 - 28. June 2019 and 2. Sept. 2017 - 27. October 2019
daily from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
when the toboggan run is operating, Saturday and Sunday and public holidays until 5 p.m.

28th October 2019 - 3rd November 2019  
daily from 9 am – 14 pm, only in good weather conditions (the slow train and summer toboggan run are not in operation)

Peak season from 29. June 2019 - 01. Sept. 2019
daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
when the toboggan run is operating, Saturday and Sunday until 6 p.m.
