Who always wanted to have tasty from the grill in the snow, should not miss SKI & BBQ on Saturday March 16 and Sunday, March 17, 2024 in the ski area of Schlick 2000. The successful German grill team "GutGlut" will serve the best from the grill and the smoker directly at the Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch at 2,136 m above sea level. Details coming soon!
The Ski & BBQ event will take place on Sat. 16. and Sun. 17.03.2024 directly at the Kreuzjochbahn mountain station (Sections I & II).
The barbecue team will prepare the following fresh barbecue specialties for you:
FROM THE FOREST:
Grilled roast leg of venison with spicy currant BBQ sauce, crispy grilled cheese dumplings and spicy coleslaw
FROM THE WATER:
Grilled salmon fillet with herb crispy house, hearty potato gratin and creamy Noilly Prat sauce
FROM THE STROH:
Tyrolean whiskey roast pork with a rich, smoky gravy, crispy bacon and cabbage strudel and fine mountain cheese shavings
The grill team will prepare the following grill specialties fresh for you:
FROM THE ALM:
Juicy pink grilled Dreambeef with spicy Pommery mustard herb crust, hearty potato gratin and sweet shallot confit
FROM THE WATER:
Grilled Alpine prawns with Café de Paris marinade, crispy potato patties and spicy mountain cheese sauce
FROM THE PASTURE:
Hearty pulled chicken burger with fruity BBQ sauce and creamy coleslaw
Tickets for the event can be purchased directly at the event at the Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch. All barbecue dishes are offered as small tasting portions.
