Cross-country skiing at the Schlick 2000

Cross-country skiing keeps you fit and is considered to be especially health-promoting thanks to exercising almost all muscles. Anyone looking for a different kind of cross-country skiing experience will find what they are looking for at the Schlick 2000.

The circular high cross-country trail at the Schlick 2000 ski centre lies at over 1,600 m and thus offers a unique cross-country skiing experience in the alpine landscape around the Kalkkögel. The 3.5 km long round course with a total difference in altitude of 75 m leads you along the Schlickerboden through marvellous larch and spruce forests and is considered particularly capable of withstanding snow loads.

Cross-country skiers can reach the trail from the Schlick 2000 valley station with the gondola lift section I to Froneben. Then either on foot or with the lodge taxi (for a fee: adult 4,50 € per ride, children from 10 - 16 years 3,00 € per ride. Prices without guarantee). The taxi can be reached at 05225/62409
