From the train station Innsbruck are regularly running busses to Fulpmes or by the Stubai tram from Innsbruck to Telfes.
Trip to by car:
From the olympic city Innsbruck the Stubai valley is accessible in 20 minutes via Brenner motorway, exit Schönberg until Telfes, the tourist office is at the Stubai tram stop.

Various mountain hike on Abwechslungsreiche Bergwanderung auf guten Wegen im vorderen Stubaital am Rand der Kalkkögel. Genießen Sie die herrlichen Fernblicke von den Gipfeln.
The walk starts in Telfes, where you walk behind the church to the cemetry and directly in right direction upwards to Kapfers. In the locality Kapfers you follow the signposts "Jochkreuz". Further upwards you arrive a forest trail, which serpentines can be shorten up. From the most upwards meadow you follow the road last time, you walk in right direction on the mountain saddle and over a steep scarp to the forest range. In right direction passing the avalanche barriers and over the last ridge to the Jochkreuz. From the near ridge the path leads through the north side of the Nederjoch, which is covered over dwarf pines, into the ground of Sailennieder. From here you choose the route in direction to Raitiser Alm, leading through steep, partly rocky grass and dwar pines hills. At the Wetterkreuz junction the path leads forward over the upstreamed Spitzmandel in direction to the summit of the Saile or also called Nockspitze. On the summit you enjoy the beautiful panorama over the Inntal and Stubaital valley. The path leads downwards on the other side of the summit in direction Halsl, where you follow the path in direction to Pfarrachalm. From here you have several options to Telfes. This tour follows the very nice Pfarrachsteig.
