Summer - night walk at Grawa Waterfall
Information about the Event:
Anyone who wants to combine hiking with something special should make a note of the 16th July (in case of bad weather on 17th July) and 6th August 2019 (in case of bad weather on 7th August). As these two leisurely indulgent summer hiking nights in the Stubai valley cleverly combine being active with indulgence, outdoor adventure and dining. Mountain and nature lovers, guests, adults and children hike along the “WildWaterPath" in the moonlight accompanied by the glow of torches. The two evenings are distinguished by their different routes. But atmospheric natural spectacles, suitable music and indulgent stop at the Stubai food stands and mountain inns are definite both times.
On 16th July participants hike along the Grawa waterfall, the heart of the WildWaterPath, from the Raffein bridge to the Grawa Alm.
On 6th August the hike leads through the recently developed Ruetz cataract on the WildWater-Path from the Tschangelair Alm to the quarry in Ranalt Special attractions on both nights are subtly lit up natural phenomena, which show the landscape of the Stubai valley in a captivating light.
An essential component of the summer hiking nights are the Stubai food stands placed along the WildWaterPath. Night owls can literally let nature melt in their mouth at these. Coupons can be purchased to sample the products. They are available to purchase in advance from the Stubai tourist office and at the starting points for the summer hiking nights as well as on the night at the indulgent stands.
