The dairymaid gives insights into the processing from milk into butter, pots, yoghurt and “Graukas” as well as the events on the pasture.
Tasting of buttermilk, yoghurt, butter, Graukas and pot spreads with homemade farmhouse bread.
Possibility to purchase the homemade products according to availability. (Butter sale is limited).
Cheese is one of Tyrol's most popular delicacies and well known far beyond the borders of the country. Visitors to the dairy will be introduced to the secrets of the “Stubai Cheese" art. Afterwards you can taste and buy the products.
