Similar to the Dine & Wine gourmet night there will be a 6-course menu, accompanied by a selection of fine beers.

What already Benjamin Franklin knew in the 18th century, is crowned at the highest-located Gault-Millau-awarded restaurant (GM 2016) of the Alps in a culinary fashion. During the “Dine & Beer” gourmet event the certified beer sommelier Markus Trinker from Schladming introduces to the versatility of the brewed gold.

“The tasty baptism of this culinary inspiration takes place on 23 February 2019 at the Schaufelspitz Gourmet Restaurant: A top-class beer tasting menu of the team around chef David Kostner serves the dishes with different types of beer. Beer lovers and future beer enthusiast enjoy different beers to dishes ranging from air-dried ham to tender fillet of zander on hop stock to delicious malt tiramisu. A beer accompanying all culinary delights – joyous moments during the first “Dine & Beer” on the Stubai Glacier!
