Make hiking fun!

Race your wooden companion! The wooden disc rolls down a rail alongside the path and is inserted at special stations. Enjoy whirling fun on this beautiful trail from Panorama Lake to Froneben Intermediate Station. Your family and friends can enjoy a wide and easily walkable trail that is also suitable for prams.

What do you need?
A wooden disc that you can hire from the cash desk/Valley Station. It costs €1, plus a €2 deposit that you get back when you return the disc.

Where do you start?
Directly on Panorama Lake at the first “Schlicker Scheibe” wooden station

There are two ways to get to the starting point:

1) Ascent to the Kreuzjoch mountain station, then descent to the panorama lake (walking time downhill approx. 1:30 h)

2) Ascent to the Froneben middle station, from there slight ascent to the panorama lake (walking time uphill approx. 45 min)
