Programme:

Lignum Mobile is a classical woodwind quintet composed of flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon. The special appeal of the woodwind quintet lies in the different timbres of the five instruments. Lignum Mobile makes them audible in the interpretation of original literature as well as in arrangements of great masterpieces or world premieres of (mainly Tyrolean) commissioned compositions. All the musicians in the ensemble are members of the St. Blasius Academy. Most of them got together during their student years and have been making music with great passion in this colorful line-up ever since. The concert repertoire includes opera overtures as well as lively dances, suites and classical wind quintets
