Situated near to the Stubai glacier, Neustift is the most well-known and at the same time most visited village of the valley.
This village of blacksmiths, nestling in soft ascending fields: in Fulpmes you find the bottom station of the Kreuzjoch - cable car, that takes you up into the hiking paradise Schlick 2000.
